This brand new modern apartment consists of 1 Double Bedroom and 1 Twin Bedroom. The lounge also has a sofa bed. 


Fully Fitted Kitchen
In the fully fitted kitchen you will find as follows: 

Kettle, Toaster, Fridge/Freezer, Hob Oven, Iron & Ironing Board, Washing Machine, Picnic and BBQ utensils.
 

Luxuries

The apartment also has Sky TV, CD player, Air Conditioning and Central Heating for colder months. Hair Dryer and Digital Safe.

Linen
Linen & Towels are provided as the apartment is fully cleaned and maintained on changeover.

Solarium

Why not enjoy a BBQ while watching the sun go down on your very own spacious Sunroof Solarium, or a drink on the front balcony. Tables, chairs and sun loungers are provided.
 

Flexibility & Discounts
Please note Arrival and Departure days and times are flexible, we also offer special discounts for long-term lettings. An additional 50 Euros fee (£34 approx.) will be charged locally for cleaning.

A £50.00 non refundable deposit is required, also a £50 security bond which will be paid back to you at the end of your holiday.

Payment is by cheque and made payable to Kerry Bowler or Paypal (Visa). Invoices must be paid in full 8 weeks before arriving.

Cheaper flights can often be made mid-week and we are happy to take mid-week bookings at no extra charge

Flights and Car Hire

Budget flights to Alicante and/or Murcia Airports go from all airports, with cheaper ones found in midweek. Car hire is strongly advised to get the most from the your holiday, and costs less than £10 a day!
